What is an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal inspection of all fixed electrical installations within a property — wiring, consumer units, sockets, and other fixed components. It identifies any defects, damage, or deterioration that could pose a safety risk.

EICR for Surrey Landlords
