Ahead of our scheduled Fire Risk Assessment, we kindly request that you make the following documents and records available for review. This will ensure the assessment can be carried out thoroughly and in full compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and relevant British Standards:

No Smoking Policy (if applicable).

Evacuation Policy / Fire Evacuation Procedures.

Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Records (last service/test report).

Emergency Lighting Service & Maintenance Records (last service/test report).

Latest Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).

Gas Safety Inspection / Servicing Records (if applicable).

Ventilation, Smoke Control or AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) servicing records (if installed).

Fire Suppression System servicing records (if applicable).

Any other relevant servicing, maintenance or testing records related to fire safety systems or equipment on site.
Having these documents ready will allow us to carry out a full audit of your fire safety management system and provide you with an accurate, compliant fire risk assessment.
